1. What products do you sell?

We offer a curated selection of jewelry and accessories, including necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings. Each product is designed to be stylish, wearable, and suitable for everyday use.

We currently ship within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 6–12 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

6. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning any item so we can assist you with the process.

7. What about earrings and hygiene-related items?

For hygiene reasons, we recommend trying earrings carefully. If an item is unworn and in original condition, we are happy to review return requests and assist you whenever possible.

8. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
